Levity Games consists of me.  I’m a game developer who’s interested in realizing my own indie projects.  Here I will be dumping anything and everything related to this.

My theory is that having a public window into what I’m working on will motivate me to make progress.  It will also be a place where I can get some feedback.  I’m always interested to hear which of my ideas other people like (or don’t), suggestions, etc.

What you can expect to see here:

  • Outlines of game concepts, ranging from the vague and ill-formed to the partially implemented
  • Development blogs on works-in-progress, with screenshots and occasionally alphas (and eventually betas) to download and take for a spin
  • Random philosophical ramblings, and your typical bloggy posts
  • Woodchucks
  • Possibly reviews of other indie games

Well, let’s get to it, then…

    HEy Marty,

I’m a friend of you Dad’s and I am also in the game business. I love your game based on people patterns. Very cool.

FYI, I tried to subscribe to your blog so I could keep up with what you’re doing and the Entries RSS isn’t working. Shoot me a line when it’s up. I really would love to keep up with what you’re doing here. I think that game has huge potential.

    My Best,

    Hi Tim!

Yeah, I have your book. I love that book. Lot’s of great nostalgia in there.

The Entries feed link is just a straight RSS feed, so you need to copy the link and paste it into whatever feed reader you use. It should work then. I may look into a plugin that integrates with the various feed services to make it easier.

I haven’t had many updates here, but I’m hoping to get a little more done on Flow (and/or some other concepts) after the holidays.

    Thanks for the comments!

Hi there! My name is Caleb Stultz and I am writing to ask if you’d be interested in writing about a new and upcoming iPhone game called speedoodle. It is a new multiplayer drawing game that will be a lot of fun. It is currently running in a crowdfunding campaign at Sellanapp.com and if selected by a developer, will be developed and sold on the App Store. More info can be found here: https://sellanapp.com/idea/speedoodle/pitch

Let me know if this is something you’d want to write about.
